  • Immediately notify Marca of any unforeseen events occurring at the place of risk involving material and / or bodily damages;
  • This communication can be very simple containing the basic and available information about the event occurred, such as: date, time, location, brief description of the occurrence and verified damages;
  • To take all measures deemed undelayable to safeguard common interests, avoiding the extension of damages to the insurer;
  • Avoid making repairs or replacements before the insurer’s representative attends, maintaining the characteristics of the place after the occurrence of the accident;
  • Make a photographic record or filming, whenever possible;
  • Never make agreements for the repair of damages to third parties, without prior and express consent of the insurer.
